When a catastrophic earthquake 22 years ago, the Kanagawa Prefecture of Japan cut off from the rest and gave them the name "Lost Ground", but not only the landscape underwent a dramatic change. To the abuse of the mysterious new "Alters" to scale up was Holy, special police force consisting of Alter users. A chance meeting between Kazuma, a powerful Native Alter, and Ryuhou, a senior member Holy, resulting in a bloody feud between the two and their rivalry will drag their environment in a stream of chaos and violence.
