All deliveries are send by PostNL. We aim to sent your order the same day of payment. We send our packages 6 days a week except for sunday. It can happen that a product isn't available. In that case, we will notify you in time and pay you back in-full.
Shipping
The Movie Store Rotterdam will ship to almost every country in the world, we use PostNL as parcelservice for international orders. We only deliver at house adresses, not at any Packstations.
The prices are different for each package because other prices apply due to the weight of the package!

Returns and defects
