United 93

United 93 is based on the shocking events of September 11, 2001 and is a powerful and provocative drama to commemorate the 40 passengers and crew of United Airlines Flight 93, the fourth hijacked aircraft. If the hijackers on the plane afsturen their intended purpose, are the passengers revolted and they find the need to fight back. United 93 brings real-time image in the 90 minutes that elapsed between the hijacking of the plane and the moment when the machine crashed after passengers via their mobile phone to be informed of the crashes at the World Trade Centre. We see an explosive battle in which ordinary people decide to sacrifice themselves to ensure that the unit would reach its target in Washington.
